Conference registration
Registration is now open: Register Now!
The prices differ if you are a standard participant, an ASL/BLC member, or a student. The registration fee includes a daily lunch buffet and the excursion. The conference dinner can be added as an add-on. (We recommend to choose the option that a priori includes it.) Below we show the prices with and without the dinner. The information about the social programme (which includes an excursion to the Gower Peninsula - an UK's first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) will be added shortly.

Early bird registration will end on 4th May 2026 (Anywhere on Earth).
After the 4th May prices will increase by £100 for each ticket.

Accommodation
Check-in for the accommodation is at the LC2026 registration desk in the Computational Foundry building. The desk will be open on 28th June 4pm-late.
There is the option to book on-campus accommodation as an add-on to the registration (scroll down when choosing your ticket). The price is £77 per night for an ensuite room.

Refund Policy Please be advised that refunds are only permitted in the event of visa issues. All approved refunds are subject to an administrative processing fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount. Accommodation bookings are strictly non-refundable.
