Conference registration

The prices differ if you are a standard participant, an ASL/BLC member, or a student. The registration fee includes a daily lunch buffet and the excursion. The conference dinner can be added as an add-on. (We recommend to choose the option that a priori includes it.) Below we show the prices with and without the dinner. The information about the social programme (which includes an excursion to the Gower Peninsula - an UK's first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) will be added shortly.

Early bird registration will end on the 24th April, 2026 (Anywhere on Earth).
After the 24th April prizes will increase by £100 for each ticket.

There will be the option to book on-campus accommodation as an add-on to the registration. The price is £77 per night for an ensuite room. There are plenty of rooms available, but we recommend booking early to secure your place.
